How We Disclose Personal Information
We disclose personal information in the following circumstances:

Text Messages. You can opt out of receiving commercial or promotional text messages by changing the preferences on the GSFoodsGroup Platform, logging out or deleting the GSFoodsGroup Platform from your registered device.
Processing in the United States
Please be aware that information we obtain about you will be processed in the United States by our service providers or us. In the preceding 12 months, we have not “sold” or “shared” (as those terms are defined in the CCPA) any personal information to “third parties”, as that term is defined in the CCPA. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of minors under the age of 16.
Use or Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information. We do not collect sensitive personal information from you.
