Job Responsibilities include:
• Ensure inventory of assigned product is constantly available to meet customers demand while meeting target levels.
• Responsible for purchasing of product.
• Develop and manage vendor relationships.
• Communicate with vendors by email and phone to expedite and oversee all aspects of purchase orders from creation through receipt of product.
• Maintain vendor files consisting of current cost, product information, ordering procedures, etc.
• Previous foods service distribution experience preferred
• Responsible for reducing or eliminating slow moving product from inventory.
• Generate and confirm purchase orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Minimum education: 2 years of college
• Experience: 2 + years purchasing experience
• Must be able to work independently and in a group setting.
• Must have good communication skills- verbal and written.
• Must have a sense of urgency and be able to work under pressure.
• Candidate must have general computer knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel and Outlook) with the ability to quickly learn new software programs.

Customer Service Representative..........................................................
Job Responsibilities include:
• Review accuracy of incoming orders, collect and input orders submitted via fax, email, voicemail or on-line order entry transmission.
• Ensure accuracy of outgoing entered orders.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Deal professionally on the phone and in person with customers, vendors and fellow employees.
• Cooperate with other team members and departments to ensure the customer receives an excellent service level.
• Inform customers of items not ordered or out of stock per regular ordering process offering substitutions where available
• Other projects or tasks assigned by Manager as needed.
Qualifications:
• Minimum education: High School Diploma.
• Previous food service distribution customer service and/or call center experience preferred.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal, telephone and written communication skills.
• Data entry and 10-key experience required.
• Candidate must have general computer knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel and Outlook) with the ability to quickly learn new software programs.

Forklift Technician/Mechanic...................................................................
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience servicing Crown Raymond forklift equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical aspects of the job are necessary.
• Valid and clean drivers license
• Electrical knowledge is a must.
• Must be a team player, and possess excellent customer service skills.
